Fills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks. The goal of fills is to replace the naturally grown lashes with new, fresh lashes, keeping the set looking like a full set again. Be consistent with your fills to maintain those natural lashes always healthy and strong; 50% of the lashes are required.
